Frankenstein amigurumi Free pattern

Hello everyone! It’s Ana again, and this time with a Frankenstein amigurumi free pattern creation for you!

This week I started preparing my toys for Halloween! And here I am sharing with you a smaller free version of my paid amigurumi Frankenstein pattern! If you want to check it out the paid version, click here!

This Frankenstein has become my husband’s favorite toy so far. It is not a surprise that, after my mom, he is my biggest fan! He is always supporting me and has given me some good words about my toys ever since I started selling my patterns (I am among those people who lost their job during quarantine, but let’s not dive into this!!!).

Pin it for later

Anyways, I was very happy with his reaction to my Frankenstein! It was a completely different reaction from all my other toys. He was so pleased and so happy that, right now, the two versions of Frankenstein is placed in his office. And I am in love with this! You can check some other free patterns I published here!

I believe that because of this COVID thing, most of us are at home right now, and everyone is starting to prepare for Halloween earlier this year.

And that is why for the next couple of weeks I will release my Scary Friends collection! Starting with Frankenstein and 3 other Scary characters are about to come!

All of these Amigurumi patterns will come in Free and Paid versions. So, it is accessible to everyone! I am doing this because, like me, I believe some of you also lost your job or at least don’t have the same income as before. And my purpose of crocheting was always to bring happiness to people around me, and now I feel that by doing this, I can bring happiness to more than just the people around me. Does that make sense?

But enough of talking let’s dive into the amigurumi pattern. I hope you enjoy it! And if you have any questions or suggestions, or just want to talk, leave a comment in the box below!

I leave down here some links that might be useful to you and some “must always remember” tips when crocheting amigurumi toys.

TIPS:

  1. The most important to remember is to keep your stitch with a tight tension, this way, you won’t have any see-through gaps.
  2. To help me keep my stitches tight, I prefer using yarn for a thicker needle than the one I would be using for the Amigurumi.
  3. Always count your stitches after every row, so you will make sure to have the total amount of stitches.
  4. Use a piece of yarn to mark the last stitch, so you won’t miss where the beginning and end of your row is!
