  • 2mm crochet hook;
  • Sports-weight cotton yarn with USA colors (red, blue, and white).
  • A bit of white embroidery thread for the stars;
  • Sewing needle;
  • Stuffing material;
  • Scissors.

With red yarn start,

1 rnd    6sc in a magic ring

• Change to white and continue working with both colors,

2 rnd    6inc Total 12sts

3 rnd    (1sc, 1inc) repeat 6 times Total 18sts

• Change to red

4 rnd    (2sc, 1inc) repeat 6 times Total 24sts

5 rnd    24sc

• Change to white

6 rnd  24sc

• Cut the yarn and fasten off. Leave it on the side for now.

With blue yarn start,

1 rnd    6sc in a magic ring

2 rnd    6inc Total 12sts

3 rnd    (1sc, 1inc) repeat 6 times Total 18sts

4 rnd    (2sc, 1inc) repeat 6 times Total 24sts

5 rnd    24sc

• Change to white

6 rnd  24sc

• Don’t fasten off the second piece.

• Insert the loop of your needle inside one stitch of the finished piece and move for rnd 7

• Change to red and continue working with both colors.

• Change to white
