DRESS (cont).
• Wrap the dress around Wednesday’s body.
• Sew the front part together.
• With the help of pins, fasten the arms in Wednesday’s dress and sew it.
• With white yarn, make 6sc in a magic ring, connect with a sl, fasten off, and leave a tail for sewing (make two of these, it will become the dress buttons later).
BRAIDS
Cut 48 pieces of black yarn with a size of 22 cm.
Attach 24 on each side of Wednesday’s hair. When attaching the yarn pieces, make a V shape on each side (as shown in image 36). This makes it easier to braid and give a nice look.
Braid Wednesday hair on each side and fasten off with a piece of black yarn.
After the two braids are done, cut the ends evenly.
Tip: before starting to do the braids, use your fingers to brush the yarn pieces until they look neat to you. This way, the braid will have a better look.
FINAL TOUCHES
• Embroider the eyes on row 28 with 9 stitches between them.
• Embroider the mouth on row 24.
• Sew the button detail on the left side of the dress and the remaining yarn, insert on the right side of the dress. I sew the buttons on the third and sixth rows of the dress.
